LOW-IMPACT CARDIO & CORE
[open level - intermediate, prior pilates experience required]

This energizing reformer class incorporates the jumpboard to gently elevate your heart rate while strengthening the legs, glutes, and core. During class, we spend 10–15 minutes on the jumpboard for low-impact cardio, using rhythmic, controlled jumping to build endurance, coordination, and power. The remainder of the class focuses on strength, core stability, creating a balanced flow that challenges the body while still feeling smooth and intentional.
