Cornerstone Pilates – Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing classes, memberships, or services with Cornerstone Pilates. By enrolling or attending classes, you agree to the policies below.

General Terms

New Client Offers
Introductory offers are available to first-time clients only and may be purchased once per person. Offers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and activate on the date of first use (unless otherwise stated). Accounts found to misuse intro offers may be canceled without refund.

Class Minimums
A minimum number of participants may be required for group classes to proceed. If a class is canceled due to low enrollment, you will be notified and your credit will be returned.

Pre-Payment Required
All classes, memberships, and packages must be purchased prior to booking.

Arrival & Late Entry
Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes before class. For safety reasons, entry may be denied after class begins and the class credit may be forfeited.

Memberships, Packages & Booking

Class Packages
Class packs expire as stated at the time of purchase. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Extensions due to medical reasons may be considered with documentation.

Memberships
Memberships renew automatically on a monthly basis unless canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy. Credits do not roll over unless otherwise stated.

Booking Windows
Classes are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Booking windows vary by package and membership tier.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Group Classes

  • Cancel at least 12 hours before class to avoid penalties.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of credit and/or a fee, depending on your membership type.

Cancellations must be made through your Cornerstone Pilates account. We do not accept cancellations via email or social media.

Waitlist Policy

If a class is full, you may join the waitlist. If added to a class, standard cancellation policies apply. You are responsible for managing your bookings and waitlists.

Health & Safety

Clients are responsible for informing instructors of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy prior to class. Participation is at your own risk. Cornerstone Pilates instructors are not medical professionals, and our classes are not a substitute for medical care. Please consult your healthcare provider before beginning any new fitness program.

Grip Socks

Grip socks are required for reformer classes for safety and hygiene. They are available for purchase at the studio.

Refunds & Sales

All sales are final. Classes, memberships, and retail purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Lost & Personal Property

Cornerstone Pilates is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

Studio Etiquette & Conduct

We are committed to creating a respectful, inclusive, and welcoming space. Disruptive, disrespectful, discriminatory, or harassing behavior toward staff or clients will not be tolerated and may result in removal from class and/or termination of membership without refund.

Media & Photography

Cornerstone Pilates may capture photos or videos for marketing purposes. Please notify us in advance if you do not wish to be included.

Age Requirement

Clients must be 18 years or older to attend group classes unless otherwise specified.

Instructor Substitutions

We reserve the right to substitute instructors when needed. A email notification will be sent when instructors are substituted. Teaching styles may vary, but all instructors meet Cornerstone Pilates’ standards of professionalism and expertise.

Force Majeure

Cornerstone Pilates is not responsible for service interruptions or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including weather, power outages, government restrictions, or emergencies.
